Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days when in stock. Our in-ear monitors are handmade in Poland, and in specific cases we may need to produce them to order with a waiting time of 2-4 weeks. If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments include tracking information and insurance.

1.3 Delivery Times

Europe: 1-3 business days

North America and Asia: 2-4 business days

Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control.

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. No shipping charge is added at checkout, for any destination.

1.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped with all duties and import taxes included, so nothing is due on delivery. Within the European Union, VAT is included in the price shown. For all other destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
