2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Hygiene seal and the right of withdrawal

Our in-ear monitors are supplied in sealed packaging with a hygiene seal. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery. Because in-ear monitors are worn inside the ear canal, a unit whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned.

2.2 Eligibility

You may return an in-ear monitor within 14 days of receipt if:

The hygiene seal is intact and the product is in its original, unopened packaging

All original accessories and documentation are included

The product has not been used or damaged

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@limeears.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.4 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

2.5 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
