Lime Ears provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering craftsmanship and internal components.
3.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from improper use, accidents, or modifications
Cosmetic changes over time
Damage from ear wax or debris
Products that have been repaired by unauthorized parties
